Nathoo and associates was founded in 1998 in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. We operate in all nine provinces of South Africa, namely, the Eastern Cape, Northern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape, Free State, Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, and the North West.
The company is headed by Mr NK Nathoo with his multiple decades of experience and a dedicated team of engineers and support staff who strive to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.
The company is registered with the Consulting Engineers South Africa (CESA)

Training and Development
Nathoo and Associates offers in-service training opportunities to students from Universities, Universities of Technology, and schools, subject to availability. Trainees are encouraged to demonstrate initiative and are integrated into operational activities under appropriate supervision.
Training and continuous professional development remain high priorities within the company, ensuring staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet client expectations effectively and professionally.
The company’s Workplace Skills Plan is registered with the relevant CETA through its appointed Skills Development Facilitator.
Nathoo and Associates provides mentorship, guidance, and technical support to Young Professionals through structured development programmes aimed at ensuring efficient and effective performance within their respective roles and responsibilities.
